The Conqs moved to 3-1 on the season with a win over Taft on Thursday. Andre Briscoe rushed for 235 yards with 4 touchdowns. Khase Williams rushed for 118 yards and 2 touchdowns. Gabe Barraza threw for a touchdown and ran for another. Jacob Baraceros ran 103 yards and a touchdown and caught 3 passes and a touchdown.
Francis Lagattuta led the team with 8 tackles and a sack. Dominic Carlson and Felix Hernandez had 7 tackles each and Talon Simpson had an interception.
The Conqs are on the road next week at Pioneer Valley. Game times are JV at 4:30 and Varsity at 7:30.
